**About This Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. You will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, and delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide friendly and welcoming service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* To lead and manage the store team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
* To maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
* To contribute to the development of the store, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Working Environment:
You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular contact with customers and colleagues. You will need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work overtime when required.
