This role focuses on social education, mentoring, and engagement through a variety of activities, ensuring young people feel supported, included, and inspired. Responsibilities include: Engaging directly with young people, supporting their development and social skills Creating and leading youth activities outside of school hours Providing a safe and welcoming environment for young people to learn, grow, and socialise Advocating for young people, ensuring their voices are heard Building strong relationships with local schools and community organisations to enhance youth opportunities What we’re looking for: A Level 3 Qualification in Youth Work (or relevant experience) Experience working with young people in a youth work, mentoring, or support role Understanding of youth-related challenges and the ability to offer guidance and support Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays A positive, energetic, and proactive approach to engaging young people Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and equal opportunities Why Join Us?
