Salt is excited to collaborate with a UK Retailer as they seek to hire a CRM Manager to join their team on an ASAP starting, 9 Month minimum contract role where you will effectively strategise and implement direct-to-customer marketing campaigns to enhance lifetime value, loyalty, and spend using their cutting-edge automated marketing systems.
You will choose the most effective channels and messages, employing a test-and-learn approach and your day-to-day duties will include drafting creative briefs, executing campaigns, analysing results, and presenting insights to the team and broader business, along with recommendations for continuous improvement.
This will be a hybrid role working from their South West England HQ.
Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Design campaign strategies using data and insight
2. Execute direct to customer marketing campaigns to drive lifetime value, loyalty and spend via their automated marketing systems
3. Lead on the development and implementation of marketing campaigns using their real time data and through RFM segmentation, lifecycle journeys, triggered campaigns and personalised content.
4. Drive to leverage their App with Push / rich inbox campaigns plus Direct Mail, SMS and targeted emails
5. Manage to a marketing budget and target
6. Drive personalised marketing messages using customer segmentation, data and reports and based on behaviour, product, channel and message using a test and learn methodology
7. Review campaign reports & analysis to make intelligence led campaign decisions
8. Oversee responsibility for part of the CRM budget
9. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and ensure alignment in delivery of key activities
10. Engage and drive great performance with direct reports
Required Skills:
11. Strong understanding of direct marketing principles via digital channels such as App push, rich inbox and Email
12. Quality Excel skills – ability to interpret and translate data effectively
13. Work independently and meet strict deadlines
14. Hold previous experience working within a multi-channel business
15. Experienced in campaign management and using reporting softwares
