As a Health and Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and maintaining a safe working environment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring on-site health and safety through effective internal audits, risk assessments, and regular training.

You will develop and lead the site's health and safety strategy, consistently identifying opportunities and ideas for improvement. This will involve reviewing the site and working practices, incident trends, and follow-up actions from audits and incidents.

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the implementation of all applicable quality, health, safety, and environment policies and procedures. You will require a NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma and previous experience within an MHE/Grocery environment.
\
Additionally, you will need to possess knowledge of MHRA regulations and exposure to accident investigation, including full analysis and reporting. The ability to influence senior stakeholders on all aspects of health and safety is essential.
