The purpose of the role is to lead a portfolio of projects covering thedelivery and implementation of our n SaaS solutions into clients within the UK, US and AsiaPac. The successful candidate will work in the Professional Services team and will provide combined Project Management and technical system configuration and delivery.
The role encompasses overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and system deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications by deeply understanding the technical aspects of the project, managing resources, and acting as a subject matter expert.
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for client SaaS implementations.
• Responsible for overseeing technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business goals, technical specifications, and timelines
• Ensure appropriate project prioritisation.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, provide communication strategies, ensure business ownership.
• Manage risks, issues and changes, including changes to budgets, escalating as appropriate.
• Produce and maintain project plans and critical paths, providing required reporting, including RAG project status reports.
• Identify resource requirements and assign individual responsibilities, including third parties.
• Day to day management of operational aspects of the project and scope –
• Ensure organisational procedures, project methodologies/standards and best practice are adhered to.
• Ensure effective project closure (including capturing lessons learned)
• Liaising with Sales and Project teams to understand the scope of the client implementation and any associated requirements for a core integration
• Ensure that Security, Data and Architectural principles are adhered to as part of project delivery.
Key Skills
• 3+ years’ experience in customer facing roles
• Strong experience in working in a SaaS business
• Strong knowledge of Avayler products
• Have strong communication skills
• Be commercially aware
• Negotiation skills
• Passionate, ambitious, and driven to join a rapidly expanding team
• Must have experience in client relationship management
• Ideally has worked in start-up
• Self-motivated and driven. You are enthusiastic and inspire others.
• Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor, on-site with customers.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or related degrees (or equivalent experience)
