Focused on supporting MLD students with a range of requirements including communication, autism and complex learning difficulties. With a focus on every pupil learning and achieving their best the school are looking for educators who are able to create a positive and inclusive environment. The school has a supportive and collaborative ethos, where inclusively is at the heart of everything they do. Role requirements for the SEN Teachers The successful teacher will have a Teaching qualification or recent and relevant Teaching experience from either a Primary or Secondary background. The role will require a calm and understanding teacher who can assert themselves when necessary, as no two days are the same. The school provides support and training to all staff teachers included, the schools have several LSA's in each class, and a strong leadership team who offer ongoing CPD. The ideal candidates will have a great understanding and high level of experience of working with SEN pupils.
