Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities The Project Manager plays a vital role in helping the Talent Acquisition teams turn ideas into products and services. Your duties will include planning, completing, and leading all aspects of key projects to meet management’s strategic objectives and to ensure project delivery within budget and on time. Leading, managing and developing critical initiatives to drive competitive advantage through future-focused talent, capabilities and skills Working closely with customers and partners to determine project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs. Develop detailed project plans to guide project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements. Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery Compiling and submitting project status reports to management and other partners. Working effectively with relevant collaborators for efficient project implementation Develop excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project team members What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: You will have significant full lifecycle recruitment experience in large matrix organisations. Significant experience managing projects within the Talent Acquisition environment. Experience developing training would be preferred. A formal project management qualification or equivalent experience. You will be commercial in your way of thinking and have a desire to learn our business and want to stay up to date with our ever changing direction, product launches and new categories. Ability to lead and drive performance through target deliverables. Strong understanding and commitment to delivering on customer satisfaction. You will have extremely high attention to detail and comfortable with using and manipulating data.
