Administrator
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Our prestigious client is looking for an Administrator to join their team in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
* Overseeing facilities maintenance administration.
* Preparation for site visits by clients, suppliers, and management.
* Ensuring database accuracy at all times.
* Assisting with Health and Safety administration.
* Managing site expenses.
* Assisting management with supplier communication, relationship maintenance, and purchase order generation.
* Occasional visits to other sites.
* Purchasing of supplies such as stationery and cleaning materials.
* Maintaining effective communication across business teams, aiding the manager as necessary.
Key Skills of an Administrator:
* Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
* Excellent IT skills, with preference for Adobe Suite proficiency.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
