Salary: 50,000 - 50,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Learning & Development / Training qualifications (e.g., CIPD, TAP or equivalent)
* Experience in project systems implementation, particularly with the rollout of new or upgraded software solutions
* Extensive experience in learning and development across all phases of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE)
* Proficient in delivering training to diverse audiences using various learning methods and techniques, with the ability to adapt to emerging and bespoke solutions
* Effective communicator with the ability to deliver impactful and engaging presentations, face-to-face training, and participate actively in meetings
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C)
Responsibilities:
* As our Technical Trainer / IT Systems Training Specialist, I will be responsible for:
* Designing, developing, and delivering end-user training within assigned projects/programmes, adhering to the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model and adhering to broader project frameworks
* Supporting the implementation of new IT solutions and ways of working through comprehensive training covering systems, processes, people and behaviours, as well as soft skill education and knowledge transfer
* Delivering engaging and effective training sessions to a variety of learner groups using diverse learning tools and delivery methods, including traditional, blended, and scenario-based training (e.g., 1-2-1, classroom, trainer-led online training, e-Learning)
* Creating and maintaining a range of training collateral, such as training/user guides, how-tos, checklists, and practice scenarios to support training delivery and ongoing knowledge adoption
* Conducting all work in accordance with the established standardized approach to training and project management, which includes utilizing agreed templates/forms, updating training systems and related databases/LMS
* Maintaining an accurate audit trail of all training events and activities, including documentation, coordination, attendance, emerging issues, agreed points of handover, and appropriate measures for evaluation (including user adoption, satisfaction, and impact)
* Managing training resources effectively, including room bookings, facilities, materials, and coordinating learners
