We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide comprehensive administrative and booking support for our food/drug challenge service at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative and booking support.
2. Prioritize incoming work to meet deadlines.
3. Effectively deal with queries from internal and external contacts by phone and e-mail.
4. Liaise with people at all levels, ensuring a strong emphasis on customer service.
5. Use initiative, be flexible, and work independently.
Qualifications:
1. Good all-round administration skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office.
