What the Job Involves This role includes working with and supervising young people to reduce the risk of offending and ensure their safety. You will develop and deliver various programs, both group and individual, and work closely with partners to provide opportunities for young people. The job involves advocating for young people, assessing their needs, planning interventions, and maintaining accurate records. Evening and weekend work is required.
