Customer Service Administrator Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm £30,000 We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our clients growing team. You will be joining a market leading organisation dealing with both customers and internal and external teams. So if you are experienced within customer service and administration then APPLY NOW Role: Liaise with customers via phone and email (50%/50% split) Contact customers daily with updates regarding their complaint, enquiries, ensuring resolutions are being achieved. Booking meetings with surveyors ensuring that times and dates are communicated to the customer and other internal/external parties. Support surveyors with arranging diaries, including meetings with customers and clients. Respond to all customer enquiries. Carry out daily calls with the Operations team to ensure all work is on target and ensure all updates are shared. Chase operations for updates on all customer complaints when needed. Skills: Detail orientated Organised Microsoft Office - comfortable working on Excel Excellent communication skills - with both internal and external parties Pro-active Time management Prioritising workload
