We’re looking for a Policy Advisor (Education) Associate to help us achieve real impact by driving policy design and influence for The RSA’s education and lifelong learning programme of work. This role will: Enable us to plan innovative education and lifelong learning programmes, identifying evidence-based policy design opportunities in support of The RSA’s Capabilities for Life programme. Involve working in a systemic, entrepreneurial way to analyse, map and understand the policy landscape and its key players, researching and reviewing opportunities in the various education sectors where we can drive change. Help us develop core knowledge and practice methodologies that underpin policy design, convening and generating rigorous evidence. Support how we define and report on impact goals and metrics to relevant governing bodies and partners, against the RSA’s Design for Life strategy. About You What we look for in a successful Policy Advisor (Education) Associate: Expertise in education policy research and analysis at local and national scales. Background in education policy within government or the public sector to drive policy change. Experience of collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams. Strong market research experience in the education policy sector.
