Motivated, team-driven, and ready to thrive?
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being part of a team, and has a knack for getting things done accurately? Then this could be the perfect role for you.
We are seeking a Team Assistant who’ll be at the heart of our operations. From packing and dispatching orders with care and precision, to processing cremation ashes and post as they come into the studio, you will ensure our customers receive their unique keepsakes in perfect condition. You’ll also prepare brochures and kits for new orders, playing a key part in supporting our order process and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Full training will be provided, but a good understanding of IT and confidence in using multiple platforms is essential. You will need to be comfortable working on a PC and extremely accurate in all tasks.
At Hand on Heart, we believe in taking care of our team. We keep the workplace stocked with snacks and treats every day, regularly indulge in foodie delights, and celebrate special occasions and achievements together.
You'll enjoy 6 weeks of paid holiday, rising to 7 weeks after 24 months. Conveniently located just a stone’s throw from Penrith town centre, we provide free on-site parking, with local amenities only a short walk away.
We’re a friendly and supportive team, and we’re excited to welcome someone who shares our energy and passion for delivering great service.
If you're ready for a new challenge and want to be part of something special, we’d love to hear from you!
