GROUP GUEST EXPERIENCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | £72,000 per annum plus 18% bonus scheme and company car
Hybrid role with office-based, home-working and village visits
Reporting to the Director of Guest Experience, the Group Guest Experience Development Manager will support and deliver our guest experience strategy. This role is responsible for delivering, planning and implementing strategic guest experience related change across the business. Examples include supporting digital change as well as processes to enhance our renowned guest service journey.
This role will be the central lead for the Guest Experience Managers across the operational villages, providing support and direction. Influence via this cohort is critical for future change and therefore, strong relationships and knowledge of the operation are vital.
The role will represent our guests and manage inflight and new projects with one eye on the future considering how to contribute, shape and continuously evolve the future Center Parcs experience.
Excellent relationship building skills are required as you will collaborate and partner with key stakeholders at Head Office (Operations, Sales & Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence and Finance) and the wider Guest Experience teams both on and off village.
You will be the gatekeeper to ensure that all changes impacting our guests go through a formal viability review and are planned in the most effective way possible, blending both knowledge of change management and process best practice.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with office-based, home-working and village visits.

Desirable requirements:
* Previous experience in a Guest experience role.
* Experience of a multi service operation.
* Contact Centre knowledge/experience.
