The Role:
We are now looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team as part of a job share. In this role you will play a crucial role in delivering the recruitment strategy for our rapidly growing company. Focused on discovering top talent across multiple sectors, you'll ensure the best-fit candidates are connected with the right opportunities, helping to shape the future of ROI.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
* Leverage various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn and job boards, to build a robust talent pipeline.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and refine recruitment processes accordingly.
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends, innovations, and best practices.
You Should Have:
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a track record of filling roles successfully.
* Strong interviewing skills and the ability to identify talent aligned with our company culture and values.
* Experience with recruitment software and candidate management systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
