What you’ll do
We have an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Sales Specialist – SM&E to join our brand new IT Managed Services segment in Vodafone UK Business, based in Swansea.
Our IT Managed Services offering provides a complete IT helpdesk and support to local SM&E business, via through a franchised network.
You will be responsible for bringing in new SM&E business customers in your local area, as well as nurturing active customers and growing their accounts, selling Microsoft-centric support services with a focus on data protection, communications, collaboration and information security.
* Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to win new business, with the view to continue to nurture and maintain relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.
* Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiations and deal closures.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
* Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
* Address client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining client loyalty.
Who you are
* Proven track record of success in B2B sales, from any industry. We can train you in IT!
* Ability to win new business, developing strong relationships, nurturing accounts and growing them.
* Good understanding of the SM&E market.
* Demonstrable communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address client needs.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Showcases strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
