As a Senior Anaesthetics Practitioner your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering safe, quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase.
* Supporting, coordinating, and assisting in the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
* Providing clinical and managerial leadership to ensure quality patient care.
* Leading patient care during specified periods.
* Ensuring patient safety checks are carried out according to policy.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics role should have:
* Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
* Post-registration qualification relevant to the specialty.
* Approved/recognised anaesthetic course.
* ILS certification.
* Orthopaedic skills.
* Mentorship qualification.
* ILM3 qualification.
* Experience in an acute healthcare environment.
* Experience managing and leading a clinical team.
