About The Role
Our Rework Admin play a vital part in the customer journey by delivering excellence and assisting with any sales related queries.
Our ideal candidate will have a working have experience providing exceptional customer service and the knowledge to uplaod to our selling sites, e.g Ebay.
There are no individual sales targets for this role, you will be working in a small team environment dealing with inbound customer service queries.

1. Salary: £23,439.00 per annum
2. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4.00pm (37.5 hours per week)
3. Job Type: Full time and permanent contract

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
5. Providing excellent customer service
6. Listing items directly onto our website
7. Replying to customer queries via phone, email, and messages through eBay
8. Taking inbound sales calls (no cold calling involved)
9. Process exchanges and refunds
10. Inputting orders
11. Updating stock on the system
12. General administration tasks
