No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* supporting people with theirpersonal care
* assisting people atmeal times
* understanding individualhealth and wellbeingneeds
* encouraging and supporting people to take part insocial activities, both in and out of the home
* promoting choice,dignity, independence and respect
* completing and maintainingcare records.
