Check the below opportunity As an Automation & Process Improvement Lead - Business Analyst, you'll leverage tools like Alteryx, UiPath, Pega and Tableau to automate manual processes, create data visualizations, solve problems and create efficiencies within the Global Card Operations teams. Job responsibilities Learns and understands Global Card Operations processes in order to resolve issues, identifies inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes Leverages tools like Alteryx, UiPath, Pega, etc. to automate manual processes Leverages Tableau to create dashboards and other data visualizations Engages with business partners across CIB to solve issues and implement solutions Interacts with stakeholders to share upcoming enhancements, accomplishments and obtain feedback Recognizes and act on opportunities to improve processes Ensures all the risk and control requirements are adhered to and we maintain an audit ready environment Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience automating processes with tools like (Alteryx, UiPath, Pega, etc.) Experience in (or ability to learn) Tableau for data visualization Knowledge of VBA coding in Excel, VBScripts, Python and iRecs are a plus Knowledge and understanding of reconciliation & settlement processes are a plus Excellent teamwork and ability to build strong working relationships Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently and within a group on various projects
