Responsibilities
* Prepare correspondence and documents through audio and copy typing
* Administer filing and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures
* Arrange appointments, meetings, and maintain diaries
* Provide support and guidance to other secretaries
* Attend to clients in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
* Ensure confidentiality of all firm and client documentation
* Carry out copy typing of documents and amend complex documents
* Comply with firm's procedures and standards for correspondence and documents
* Prepare invoices, completion statements, and assist with billing
* Use various online platforms for property searches and submissions
