The ideal candidate will have:Essential: Professional Registration Registered with the NMC or HCPC, educated to degree level, and a current Non-Medical Prescriber. Clinical Expertise Extensive experience in elderly care, frailty, community services, or a relevant acute care specialty, with highly specialised clinical and technical skills. Leadership & Management Proven experience in leading teams, managing complex caseloads, and working both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team. Quality & Improvement Experience conducting clinical audits and quality improvement projects. Decision-Making & Communication Strong judgement, analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Flexibility & IT Skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment, with good IT skills.Desirable: Advanced Qualifications A Masters degree and ACP Clinical Badge. Other Requirements A clean driving licence, access to a vehicle for daily use.
