Job summary We are looking for an ambitious Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to join our award-winning service in Somerset. Using your lived experience, you will be able to get involved in service development and share ideas and best practice. Main duties of the job Your day-to-day work will involve: Lead on the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as defined within the service specification, identifying packages of care based on the Universal, Targeted and Specialist models of service delivery.
