Senior HR Advisor (Operational)
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team within the Workforce Department of a respected organisation in the healthcare sector. This role focuses on providing expert HR advisory services across all aspects of employment relations (ER) and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the full cycle of employment relations (ER) cases, including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary investigations.
* Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Line management of an HR Assistant, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery.
* Collaborating with HR Systems & Compliance to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Supporting organisational change and process improvement initiatives.
* Delivering HR projects that align with the organisation's People Strategy.
Requirements:
* CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification).
* Extensive experience in managing complex ER cases.
* Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices.
* Proven ability to manage HR projects and deliver process improvements.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
