1. Extensive recruitment experience in technology focused roles with a strong emphasis on Software Development.
2. Proficiency in a wide range of talent attraction and sourcing methods.
3. Demonstrable ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
4. Experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
5. Ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
6. Strong track record in optimising recruitment processes and channels.
7. Skilled in creating compelling content and organising impactful events.
Main Responsibilities
1. Leading the search for software development and wider technology talent by using cutting-edge sourcing techniques and creative strategies.
2. Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our goals.
3. Utilising data and analytics to refine recruitment processes and enhance decision-making.
4. Crafting and implementing engaging social media content, organising networking events and exploring new methods to attract passive candidates.
5. Evaluating and improving our recruitment channels and processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Building a thorough understanding of our Software Development departments to best meet recruitment needs.
7. Ensuring high standards of data integrity and system usage to support a seamless recruitment experience.
8. Planning and participating in events to boost candidate engagement and expand our talent pool.
