Your new company
You will be joining a Global business based in Weybridge, Surrey. They are well established and have ambitions to significantly expand over the next 2 years. You will be part of the well regarded finance team working with the Finance Director on leading FP&A activities.
Your new role
Reporting into the FD, your role will take charge of FP&A activities for the group. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting process working closely with the finance team, CFO and wider operations teams. This will include both short and long term planning where you'll be looking at performance vs budget as well as critical short term objectives. Where required, you'll analyse and reforecast as well as present the data back to the business. Whilst Excel is used for some reporting, there is a keenness to engage with consolidation systems to create better, more efficient reporting and you will support the drive in this area alongside the IT department. Alongside leading the FP&A process, you'll put together and manage several financial models. This is a very broad role with scope to develop over the mid to long term in both FP&A or more in the commercial space where required.
What you'll need to succeed
Alongside your professional accounting qualification, you should be a proven operator within the FP&A space. You should be used to complex and fast-paced environments as well as able to build relationships across all parts of the organisation (up to Director level). A confidence with systems is also key as the business continues to drive a constant improvement in their data offering.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer, performance-based bonus, hybrid working and 25 days annual leave. Free parking is also available onsite.
