Position Conferma is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to develop and implement sales, planning, processes and procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and revenue.
Partnering with the Commercial Leadership team to drive growth and remove operational barriers in support of the business strategy and objectives will be a critical element of the role.
The successful candidate will be a highly structured and driven professional, with experience in analytical rigor, project management and a mix of strategic and operational work.
This is a great opportunity for A self-starter who can quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of Sales Operations and drive key strategic initiatives and their outcomes from the ground up.
This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Requirements Own day-to-day business operations for the Commercial team including tracking KPIs, managing inbound lead allocation, pipeline oversight, monitoring client engagement (eg: account plans, QBRs) and other key processes.
Drive strategic initiatives to develop, implement and optimise planning, processes and procedures to increase the Commercial team's efficiency, productivity and revenue.
Drive the sales forecasting process
- engaging the Commercial team with their pipeline to drive timely and accurate positioning.
Work with Finance team to develop, implement and refine reporting to measure the effectiveness of revenue processes.
Project manage key change initiatives which impact the sales organisation (eg: enhancements to CRM tool).
Develop strong performance data that measure progress against goals, driving actionable insights that inform key leadership decisions and drive growth across the business.
Present pipeline insights across the business ensuring a high level of data integrity through collaboration with the Commercial team.
Ensure collaborative and effective communication with critical teams including customer support, customer success, implementation, customer service delivery and product.
Influence roadmap and investment in Sales technology.
You have: Proven track record of developing and implementing Sales Operations processes.
Highly organised and structured, adept problem solver with excellent prioritisation and project management skills.
Demonstrable experience of sales productivity KPIs, inbound lead allocation, pipeline management, planning and forecasting.
Keen understanding of how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and analytics tools such as Power BI.
You are: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate at all levels.
A strong influencer at all levels and have experience of leading change initiatives.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
Ability to self-organise, manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
Ability to demonstrate the highest standards of discretion and integrity.
Strong with managing structured and unstructured data to provide insights.
