Are you looking for a short-term opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced payroll environment? We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join a well-established engineering company based in Muir of Ord for a 3-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
Updating and processing purchase orders
Assisting with general administrative duties within the payroll department
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and record keeping
Managing correspondence and communicating effectively with internal teams
General office tasks as required
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
30-minute lunch break
Some flexibility in start and finish times
Requirements:
A car is required for the commute as public transport options are limited in the area
Previous administrative or payroll experience is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
This is an office-based role with no remote working option. The successful candidate will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to a dynamic team within a company that prides itself on engineering excellence and innovation.
