The Role As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that drive further revenue. You'll act as a trusted partner, ensuring long-term value with existing accounts as well uncovering new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for contract negotiations and enhancing client satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service and retaining business across the accounts. What you will need. Proven experience in B2B Account Management or Sales A strong ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver bespoke client solutions A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
