Join our Future Teacher Programme and gain hands-on experience as a Teaching Assistant or High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) while studying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) to become a fully qualified teacher What You’ll Do: Support classroom teachers and help manage learning activities. Work with students in small groups or 1:1 to boost their progress. Assist with lesson planning, behaviour management, and classroom organisation.
