An exciting and growing Specialty Insurer and Reinsurer is currently recruiting for an experienced Delegated Authority Manager to join their operational division.
You will be tasked with managing the DA team, ensuring that a first-class service is provided to the organisation’s capacity providers, ensure all inwards delegated arrangements meet company procedure's, regulatory requirements and best practice. You will provide reports to senior stakeholders on bordereaux receipts across all agreements, Binding authority matters and MI reports.
This role will also support the wider Operations division with ongoing projects, streamlining processes and implementing change. You will also need to maintain a thorough understanding of all regulatory requirements regarding delegated authorities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background with Delegated Authority, some people management or leadership experience and be very adaptive to changing environments.
