Working under the guidance of the Community Development team, the position provides essential administrative and operational support to enable the delivery of programs, projects, and services that align with TRC organisational priorities. The role focuses on assisting with day-to-day operations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting activities that enhance community outcomes. This position includes structured on-the-job training to build skills and confidence in business processes. The trainee will work under supervision and progressively assume greater responsibilities as experience is gained. The trainee is issued with allocated time and resources to complete study requirements for the successful attainment of a Certificate III Business.
