Role Overview
We are a global leader in the marine navigation systems industry, providing integrated technical solutions for the commercial sector. We develop and maintain a wide product portfolio, and currently face exponential growth underpinned by an ambitious development roadmap. Our HR team consists of 7 professionals across Europe, Asia and the Americas and we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our HR department in our New Malden office as a HR Business Partner supporting our UK and Canada offices. This is a pivotal role in the organisation as you will partner with business leaders to ensure an engaged workforce in order to deliver business success and our future growth plans. This role will also have one direct report.
Role Responsibilities
1. Acts as a Business Partner for the employees and leaders principally in the UK and Canada, coaching and advising all levels of leadership on engagement, talent and change management
2. Manage employee relations cases including restructuring, performance management, grievance and discipline
3. Proactively support the delivery of business / HR processes and actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks and positive employee experience
4. Lead introduction and development of HR module of ERP
5. Compensation and benefits for UK organisation including merit planning, bonus payments and off-cycle promotions
6. Develop, implement and administer employment policies and procedures in line with corporate policy and legislative changes
7. Lead on the Global Employee Engagement Survey for Sperry, delivering training to leaders and supporting their presentations to teams
8. Oversee UK and Canadian Company Benefits

12. Support wellbeing strategies with the business, supported by the international wellbeing team
