Your Role as Complaints Resolution Officer: In this pivotal year, as a Complaints Resolution Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces. What You Will Bring: You will have experience in engaging with tenants and customer You will be confident in communicating with colleagues Be able to provide training as required around complaints Be able to work autonomously and part of a team Be computer literate and able to pick up computer systems quickly What We Offer: A competitive salary of £31,014 in recognition of your skill and dedication.
