This role is full time, fixed-term for 9 months and based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working. Role Purpose Working in one of the Property Management Accounting operational teams. Onboarding and offboarding the financial data of clients assets into and out from CBREs management. Key Responsibilities Own the financial onboarding of clients portfolios to ensure accurate setup Interrogate financial handover from previous managing agent Transaction processing onto accounting system Review and understand service charge Finalising the cash reconciliation Ensure the offboarding financial control balances are cleared in line with sale agreement Responsibility for banking setup Point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders Ownership of transition portfolio.
