We are currently looking for a Payroll Operations Support to join our thriving Payroll team. This is a key position and is based at our Woking office.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a Bureau environment.
The purpose of this role is to provide operational support to the senior payroll team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
7. Supporting the senior payroll team with ad hoc tasks and analysis when required.
8. Overseeing payroll workflow and ensuring this is kept up to date by the wider team.
9. Generating reports for the senior team
10. Responsible for co-ordinating the onboarding of new clients, including gathering data and handing this over to the payroll processors.
11. Supporting the senior team with Marketing campaigns
12. Overseeing the billing of all payroll clients and ensure all fees for payroll work are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
13. Handling end to end payroll processing for a limited number of small clients
14. Assisting with pension uploads
15. Attend weekly meetings, with the Senior team and take minutes to distribute to colleagues
16. Manage communications with clients regarding annual pricing increases
The Person:
This role would be suitable for an experienced PA or someone who has been involved in the running of a small payroll team within a bureau environment.

21. Knowledge of payroll, payroll processing and legislation is desirable but not essential
