We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager (nurse qualified), to work within a small nursing home just outside of Blackpool, Lancashire. The 30 bed home has a fantastic reputation, and this role is perfect for someone who values kindness, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
* Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
* Create and update individual care plans for residents.
* Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
* Provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the team.
* Hands on nursing duties.
* Develop strong relationships with key partners within the community.
* Ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas.
* Assist the Registered Manager in running the Home.

The ideal Deputy Nurse Manager will have:
* Proven clinical experience in a nursing home environment at Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Home Manager level
* Active NMC pin - RGN, RMN or RNLD
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to create and maintain accurate care plans and medication records.
* Excellent clinical skills
