Consulting Analyst - Operations consulting
Salary: £35-45k + commission
Location: UK based
Working model: On client site Mon-Fri (2 week periods)
Our client, a dynamic and growing consultancy, is seeking a Consulting Analyst to join their team. This role is a great way to kick off and fast track your career, offering the opportunity to work across diverse industries and make significant impacts on client operations.
The Consulting Analyst will be a part of the Analytics team where you will support in conducting comprehensive operational analyses. You will be involved in end-to-end client interactions, from shop floor observations to boardroom presentations. Your work will involve supporting the team when conducting stakeholder interviews, delivering feedback, and pitching project solutions to secure revenue.
Key responsibilities:
* You will conduct and feed-back on "Day in the Life" studies.
* Perform detailed data analysis to uncover client opportunities with the support of the wider team.
* Map current workflow processes and management systems alongside the team.
* Assist in creating formal project proposals.
Essential skills:
* Excellent verbal and written English skills with keen attention to detail.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Effective interpersonal skills to balance empathy with critical analysis.
* Adaptability and quick learning in new environments and situations.
* Must have a UK driving licence and access to a car.
