We are looking for talented individuals to ensure our world-class products continue to shape the future of health care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct 4-block updates on focus lines. Develop 4-block initiatives to optimise production efficiency. Generate daily bottleneck actions and focus KPI actions to enhance performance. Analyse data from MES, PAB, and VOA to guide shift teams in resolving production challenges. Drive centerlining activities for consistent line performance. Implement Poka-Yoke solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead quality improvements to reduce TQN and QN, aligning with company metrics. Identify and execute safety initiatives and improvements. Drive waste reduction strategies, ensuring completion of improvement actions. Attend meetings to provide engineering status updates and coordinate resource allocation. Resolve repeat loss issues using systematic problem-solving techniques. Support CI projects and equipment validation to improve reliability. Provide input for enhancing maintenance standards and execution. Coach and mentor teams on continuous improvement methodologies. Assist with equipment breakdowns when necessary. About You: HNC or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 5 years of technical or manufacturing experience, with expertise in high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment. Background in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and team-building. Independent thinker with the ability to act decisively under pressure. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience in safety and ergonomics within manufacturing. Strong understanding of Quality Systems. PLC experience preferred but not essential. Why Join?
