The role As we continue to grow, and specifically so in Manchester and Newcastle, we are looking for an ambitious Associate/Partner level building surveyor to join our growing Newcastle team and develop a Project and Building Consultancy offering in the Newcastle office, serving Northumbria, Yorkshire and Cumbria. The role will be based in Newcastle but can accommodate a Leeds based surveyor with strong connections to the Newcastle market, who is prepared to spend a few days a week in the Newcastle office. There will be a strong emphasis on core traditional building surveying duties across multiple sectors, including a full range of professional work on a variety of client accounts across both commercial and residential property. We are seeking someone who is adept at working across a number of small and large projects at any one time. The role provides a real opportunity for an ambitious surveyor to ‘make their mark’ and shape the future of the team at an early stage, with unrestricted opportunity for the right team member.
