About the Role: As a Lettings Coordinator, you will: Monitor all enquiries via websites, phone and e-mail and input all relevant data on to the relevant systems. Organise bookings, manage calendars and coordinate requirements. Such as booking security, cleaning, liaising with external providers. Produce detailed quotations for varied hires. Ensure prospective and existing clients have good communication channels for advice, troubleshooting, general queries, suggestions and complaints. Maintaining good customer relations is paramount. Manage payments and records adequately and work closely with finance to ensure all transactions are monitored and tracked, as well as debts are handled. Ensure invoices are issued and paid prior to hire. Be familiar with the prices and fees as well as payment procedures and terms. Seek to develop further business from existing and new relationships.
