Responsible for achieving budget and strategy targets wrt net sales of finished goods and net sales of aftermarket/ service, CTF%, NOWC, NPS and EES. Managing all sales and commercial activities within specified area of Food in UK & Ireland. Secure outstanding service levels to our customers via partners buy owning the service journey Lead the management Team for Food in UK & Ireland Responsible for Marketing in the UK & Ireland market for Food Drive the Electrolux Professional value propositions and our cultural beliefs Truly drive a Mission and North Star Culture Maintain and develop a strong network of existing and new customers/partners. Execute new product launches Exceptionally serve our customers over the product life-time with seamless access to parts, A&C and top-notch service Portfolio optimization through Channel/Category plans with clear USPs vs competition based on JTBD. Drive sales activation, opportunities and pipeline management using Salesforce.com. Coach and develop team members Own the commercial policy incl. channel management, pricing, account planning, contract management Phase in/out. Slow moving and obsolescence Regularly schedule 1:1 meetings with sales managers to identify growth opportunities and follow up on sales activities Communicate and coordinate sales and marketing activities in UK & Ireland for Food. Develop sales and marketing campaigns together with Marketing. Be pivotal in communicating up- and downstream initiatives in specialist product area. Work environment responsibility according to delegation. Implement and drive digitalization for UK & Ireland Actively drive and be accountable for assigned projects Collect and effectively communicate competitor activities and local requirements/needs to team members and management. Qualifications ABOUT YOU Business education is an advantage (ideally BSc or MSc in Business Administration) Minimum of 10 years sales experience from the industry Excellent knowledge of the Professional consumer market for Food Excellent understanding of the sales process Outstanding interpersonal skills Knowledge and understanding in UK/I Labor Law Knowledge of CRM system (Salesforce.com being a plus) Fluent English IT Microsoft 365 REQUIRED COMPETENCES • Customer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and external • Trustworthy – you are accountable and deliver on your commitments.
