We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Validation Officer to join our team. In this supporting role, you will assist the Validation Lead and Validation Engineers in upholding our commitment to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. You will verify that our products are manufactured using equipment, facilities, and processes that meet both company specifications and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
1. Work as part of the Validation and Quality Assurance team in both the Office and Production facilities.
2. Maintain the validation schedule as defined in the Site Validation Master Plans.
3. Author validation reviews to confirm the validation status of equipment.
4. Support Validation Engineers with equipment, facilities, and utilities validation activities.
5. Assist with major validation projects as required.
6. Generate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Works Instructions (WIs).
7. Manage the onsite Calibration programme, including performing internal calibrations to ensure timely and acceptable calibration of equipment.
8. Participate in Internal and External Audit activities.
Qualifications
* Qualifications in a scientific or engineering field or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Knowledge of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
* Understanding of validation requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.

* Ability to produce high-quality reports.
