Role Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our valued partners. This role is central to the success of our partner program, ensuring projects are managed effectively, goals are achieved, and strong, lasting relationships are built. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned partner projects, responsible for overseeing all aspects from initiation to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Execute projects according to plan, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
* Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively communicate project updates, giving care and attention to detail.
* Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering, product) and partner teams. Ensure clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks. Develop contingency plans and proactively address issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
* Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Prepare and present project reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
* Contract Management: Work closely with legal and sales teams to ensure project contracts are adhered to and any necessary amendments are managed effectively. (If applicable)
* Resource Management: Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards and partner expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record of successfully managing projects, preferably in a partner-focused environment.
* Strong understanding of project management
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Experience in Marketing & Trade shows.
* Familiarity with CRM tools.
