Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Resource planning, analysis and reporting.
* Running a variety of reports on Excel, maintaining and updating large data sets.
* Onboarding new clients to the firm.
* Onboarding new members to the department.
* Data management.
* Updating and editing department reports and templates.
* Billing support.
* Building strong relationships with other administrators across the firm to help provide a comprehensive client support service; and
* Any other ad-hoc support and administration as required.
