Are you an experienced HR Advisor seeking a varied and dynamic role in a supportive and innovative HR team? In this role, you will be key in helping to deliver an outstanding HR provision to all employees across our Academies. You will work closely with the Head of HR, HR Business Partner, and HR Assistant in providing an effective and efficient service to our Headteachers and their leadership teams. Your role will be key in providing advisory support which will include Employee Relations, Absence Management, Colleague Engagement, Wellbeing, and much more!
We're keen to speak to individuals who enjoy a varied workload with excellent organisation skills, as well as being able to coach our managers and ensure policies and procedures are followed in our Academies. Ideally, you will be in an HR Advisor role currently and looking to further your development and career. At Impact Education, we are proud of our professional learning offer, and we would be happy to support the successful candidate in gaining HR qualifications through the fantastic Apprenticeship routes available. Experience in education would be great but is not essential.
Due to our employees being school/office based, we are ideally seeking someone who enjoys being in the office on a full-time basis. Once our new team member has got to grips with the environment, systems, etc., there is scope to move to 3-4 days in our head office/academies and a day or two working from home.
If you would like to find out more about the role and what it is like to work in the HR Team at Impact, please email hr@i-mat.org.uk for an informal chat. As you will see from the advert, the role is a 12-month fixed-term contract in the first instance covering a period of maternity leave. However, given the continual growth of our Trust and our ambitious People Strategy, I hope to be able to make the role a permanent appointment during the period of the fixed-term contract.
• To find out more about our Trust, please have a look at our website: https://i-mat.org.uk which has links to all of our academies.
• If you would like an informal chat or to know more about the role or Trust, please email HR@i-mat.org.uk and Natalie Jackson, Head of HR will be available.
• Impact Multi Academy Trust is committed to the welfare and safety of all our pupils, and as such rigorous DBS and employment checks will be carried out.
