Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a very reputable Financial Planning Firm, on the recruit of a Client Servicing manager to join the team.
This role will involve liaising with clients, colleagues and providers. You will be responsible for client communication and administration. The person in this role will have strong communication skills, Financial Planning knowledge and transferable skills. The person behind the CV is the most important.
Duties include:
Answering client queries via phone and email.
Updating and maintaining the back office database system.
Completing appropriate meeting preparation and booking into Advisors diaries.
Actioning meeting notes provided by the adviser.
Process new business applications and business submissions.
Support the advisers on client servicing activities.
Preparation and follow up on regular client reviews. Experience and skills desired:
Previous experience in the financial Services industry
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Professional manner and fantastic values
Computer literate
Excellent eye to detail
