Service Delivery Coordinator Day Shift Role - 37 hours per week Based in Derby 6-12-month initial contract with the opportunity to join on a permanent basis �17.47p/h Ganymede Solutions are working with a large, innovative UK Train Operating Company who are seeking to recruit a Service Delivery Coordinator join the Train Cleaning team based at the Head Office in Derby. Our client is seeking to hire a pro-active, strong communicator, a well organised and capable individual who can handle 3rd party contractor and suppliers. The company covers the East Midlands, Northwest of England, Yorkshire and the Humber, Bedfordshire, Norfolk and Staffordshire. They operate at over 140 stations and have a large fleet of 277 trains. The Role: As a Service Delivery Coordinator, your role will be to liaise with Train Presentation team across the business, carrying out the following duties: - Reporting on quality standards & KPIs - Coordinating training & competencies - Supporting product development trials - Driving the safety culture within Train Presentation - Managing communications with the wider business In your role, you will have to liaise with other depots and stations managed by the business across the East Midlands, London and South Yorkshire. This role offers some flexibility, with a need for someone to be in 5 days across Monday to Sunday, fulfilling their 37 hours a week with some bank holidays requirements to work.
