MLA are a Tier 1 Medco accredited MRO based in Liverpool. We’re renowned for exceptional service delivery, offer a comprehensive medical reporting service and are proud to be a Tier 1 MedCo accredited MRO that also specialises in Industrial Disease, Military and Housing Condition Claims.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and procuring new Customers who handle Personal Injury, Industrial Disease, Military and Housing Condition Claims to our panel.
This is a bespoke, challenging and rewarding role designed to meet customer acquisition and growth targets set by the business whilst ensuring we nurture real relationships with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
Key requirements of this role will include:
* Previous experience in the personal injury sector or has specialist experience in dealing personal injury related matters.
* Identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business through research and analysis of the industry – key market focus on the legal (solicitors), insurance (insurers / brokers) and claims management markets.
* Building and maintaining prospect lists in line with individual targets.
* Researching and identifying new and emerging business opportunities in the market.
* Personalising and developing our service offering to suit the needs of the customer.
* An ability to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnerships and clear understanding of needs.
* Meeting and presenting to potential accounts nationwide.
* To exceed independent targets for new business and additional growth.
* Completing due diligence to ensure all customers hold relevant registrations and accreditations.
* Working across several platforms to maintain system databases and reporting.
* Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business and raise company profile.
Personal Specification:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across functions.
* Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* Strong negotiation skills and commercially astute.
* Demonstrable experience of working with reporting platforms e.g. Microsoft Excel and case management systems, specifically CRM systems such as Pipeliner and the creation and management of bespoke reporting suites.
* Highly motivated, organised, and proactive.
* Ability to make judgement-based decisions and prioritise workload.
* A keen attitude towards learning new and developing skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and targets.
* An enthusiastic team player, keen to work closely with our customers and internally with other departments.
* Full driving licence.
Package:
* Salary commensurate with experience.
